I don’t normally leave negative reviews, especially for a medical practice where I have also been a patient, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. My wife was seen at this practice, and during her visit the provider ordered laboratory testing through LabCorp. We have excellent health insurance, so we had every reason to believe the testing would either be covered or that we would be informed if there were going to be significant out-of-pocket costs. I have been trying to get an appointment at this office for over 5 months. New patient appointments are 4 months in waiting. Upon arriving at the office today, I discovered my appointment was cancelled yesterday because the doctor went on vacation. The next appointment isn’t available until December. So it will be almost a year without being able to see a doctor at all, as they are my PCP and I must be established with them first. Great doctor! Enthusiastic, positive, listens and explains everything in language I can understand. Really seems like he loves his job. Highly recommend!
