I was not properly diagnosed by Dr Dollar. He diagnosed me with BiPolar disorder. The actual diagnosis was Borderline Personality disorder. The difference being that Borderlines have multiple moods throughout the day as opposed to BiPolars who tend to have the same moods for multiple days. I saw him for about 8 years so it is my opinion that there was enough time to give the correct diagnosis.
