We contacted Mark Dieste Design Build when we first signed our contract to purchase our home in The Greens. The home was built new in 1996 and needed some remodeling. Mark had his architect come out before we settled to see what walls could be knocked down and to put together a plan that would make this our home. I highly recommend MDDB. Our new home was just completed. It is stunning. Having used them for remodeling at another house, I am 100% assured of the high quality of workmanship. Throughout the process, I found the Deistes to be excellent communicators, very responsive, and problem solvers. When there was a decision to be made, they were very helpful in presenting the options and pros and cons of each choice.
