This is our 3rd project with Mark Dieste and all have been terrific. Our first project was an addition of a sunroom, bedroom and bath. Our second project was a screened porch. Our most recent was a full kitchen renovation, including new floors and recessed lighting throughout the whole first floor. Mark is very professional and communicates exceedingly well. We contacted Mark Dieste Design Build when we first signed our contract to purchase our home in The Greens. The home was built new in 1996 and needed some remodeling. Mark had his architect come out before we settled to see what walls could be knocked down and to put together a plan that would make this our home. We settled on a Friday and Mark had his crews here on Monday morning. I highly recommend MDDB. Our new home was just completed. It is stunning. Having used them for remodeling at another house, I am 100% assured of the high quality of workmanship. Throughout the process, I found the Deistes to be excellent communicators, very responsive, and problem solvers. When there was a decision to be made, they were very helpful in presenting the options and pros and cons of each choice.

It has been a complete pleasure to work with and complete another project with Mark Dieste Design Build at our Bethany Beach home. We engaged with Mark Sr. in 2000 to remodel and add on to our 1945 vintage residence and we were totally satisfied with that experience.
