Joe drew nice, accurate plans for our single family residence in woodland hills and his knowledge of ADU law and experience building ADUs was super helpful. Turnaround time was 60 days he promised 30 but it's ok these things happen with city planners and permitting. PRO TIP: Joe does a high volume of jobs simultaneously so whatever time estimate he gives you double it.

The worst! He took over four months to complete our drawings, then the city did not accept them and he had to redo them, so that took another two months. Therefore, I only paid him half of his fee as he held up my project for 6 months. So he sued me in small claims court. He actually had two people in court that day, so he is better at suing people then at completing drawings. Do not use this clown.

We were very disappointed with Joe. We needed a simple draw-up of a new floor. He said it would take two weeks, but it turned into a four month nightmare. After the two weeks, we called to check in on the progress. Week after week it was a “I’ll get started on this tomorrow” or “I’ll try to get this done this week”. One time he even said “your the ones with the place at xyz, right?” Mind blown.
