Most horrible service I've ever had. paid for my unit to be cleaned and serviced just to find out he only pretended to clean the system. Had to hire another company to actually clean it.
A/C had major failure. Chris came out diagnosed problem, ordered parts, installed next day. $1100 cheaper than any other company estimate.
Not sure who these other idiots are, but Mark Datillo is hands down, one of the most kind and honest guys you will ever meet. We have been working with Mark for years on all sorts of commercial and residential projects and his service has been nothing less than world class. Had this guy install an ac in my garage. A few items went missing. Looked at my camera footage and caught him loading them on his truck. I just want back my grandmas jewelry Mark!
