Great realtor better person .....recently went thru the process of buying a home and made the choice to use Mr.Dainton. You here of a lot of difficulties within the process of a home purchase, but with Mark we had none. As he mitigated any issues and even went in to water plants that came with the home for us. I highly recommend him to any one in the market for a home be it your 5th home or a first time buyer Mark and his team go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable with the process Thank you good sir
Mark is so great to deal with. We felt he truly listened to our point of view. He is extremely patient and easy going, even when we were unsure of what we wanted and even after viewing many homes. What I like about Mark is that he is honest and he’s not just looking to make a quick buck. He actually cares about finding you the right home for your family. We would definitely use Mark again.
When we decided to list, we had been set on a private sale to avoid realtor fees. One meeting with Mark immediately changed our minds. He was honest, professional and guided us in the right direction. There was no delay; we had an offer the first day of listing, before even going on mls, 10k over asking price!
