I have been diagnosed as possibly having NPH and Dr. Smith was recommended. After reading reviews of Dr. Smith, I made the appointment and it was a two-month wait. It was the worst medical experience I have ever had. His behavior was rude and dismissive. He did not answer any question satisfactorily. Dr Mark Smith abandoned me instantly on January 29, 2026 via direct phone call at 7:30a ET. He unprofessionally, unethically and incompetently abandoned me leaving me with ZERO: 1. Reasonable Notification Required, 2. Access to Care, 3. Access to pain medications, 4. Access to scheduled MRI's, 5.
