Loved and adored Dr Shields for the few years I saw him. Seeing him regularly he saved my life. I had a horrible experience with a previous urgent care and their doctors and had almost given up getting help. Dr Shields and his nurse Lisa were my saving grace. But he got a new assistant. Named Swasti I think. She is so horrible. She does not care about patients at all. She talks over you. And never listens to what the messages say. So you have to constantly call back. Appointments are kept right on time. Dr. Shields is patient and listens you. He has a very pleasant demeanor and is also open to suggestions you may have. He's an excellent PCP!
