Very disappointed with office. My mother is a patient of Dr. Overman. Unfortunately because of her insurance she has to go through his office to get authorization. Her oncologist ordered an ultrasound for her & sent a request for auth to his office. They refused so she canceled the ultrasound, then a nice lady from the ultrasound place called his office and was able to get approval so she had the ultrasound and had scheduled a follow up with her oncologist. Nicest front office people I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. Dr Overman is a very caring doctor. I can not believe that all the reviews aren't five star.

I am simply trying to get an appt. I was referred here by another office and the gal who answered the phone sounded like she hated life. No care or concern at all. It will take a few weeks to get an appt, no problem, I don't need an appt urgently. HEAVY SIGH, "please hold." Sat on hold for a few, the line reconnected and she just hung up. I only called because I was referred by another office, the reviews made me pretty hesitant and then such a wonderful nurse or receptionist. My Dad regularly sees Lindsay Overman PA-C and he absolutely loves her. As my father’s guardian, living out of state can be extremely difficult in coordinating care. The office staff is extremely attentive to our needs and quick to respond. PA Overman follows up with me regarding his status after appointments and keeps me informed should she have any concerns. It is very comforting knowing that he does not get lost in the shuffle. I am grateful for the care he receives there.
