Mark Britten Lacks empathy. Mark Britten is Money hungry. Doesn't respect his staff or patients. Forces his staff to drive in storms even when Governor says stay home! Money is number 1 priority at this establishment. Cancels on patients that drove over an hour without a phone call on the spot. This guy is a jerk. TIP* Find any other doctor that actually cares. You won't find that here.
Very friendly staff clean facility 5 star so far!
My visit with him was great! He was quick and soothing. He explained everything to me and definitely made sure I felt nothing. One tooth I thought I felt pain but turns out it definitely was pressure. His bed side manner was good as well. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very caring.
He extracted my tooth today, I felt he "belittled" me, I was in EXCRUCIATING pain, and, he kept telling me...."it's ONLY PRESSURE".... I am 66 years old, and I certainly KNOW the difference between PAIN and PRESSURE, it was DEFINITELY PAIN!!
The 2 receptionist were great. My entire experience from that point began an experience that was unprofessional, discourteous and ridiculous. I brought my wife in to have 5 teeth removed. Upon entering, one of the dental assistants could not provide us with a moment of her time. She told us to sit down and that the doctor was not in the office yet. She had no idea when he would be in. This was my first visit @ this office and to be dismissed so quickly and rudely was not a great start to this visit. When the dentist finally ... read more

I wouldn't recommend him at all.
Had a very difficult extraction, Dr.Britten and his staff made me feel at ease, honestly never felt the extraction. Would highly recommend Dr.Britten.
The kindest and most gentle surgeon I have ever had gone to.
