Mark has been my cpa and tax specialist since I started my construction company 5 years ago. Him and his team are very smart and definitely know there stuff. My books are definitely not the easiest to deal with and his prices are still very reasonable for what him and his team do to help my company stay on track and not get audited. Mark is an absolute gem! He is an expert in the entertainment industry. If you're shooting and/or doing post - Mark is your guy! He's been very helpful and I cant recommend him enough. Anyone in production, post-production, editing, VFX - Mark is a great accountant!
Mark is different time to time. I found him unstable and edgy....ok in some areas of tax matter, and weak in other areas....I would not trust him on a long term tax matters
Mark has been my CPA for many years and I have found him and his staff to be very knowledgeable, experienced and affordable. I feel confident to continue referring my own customers to his firm for IRS audit assistance, offers in compromise and IRS and FTB payment plans. I also send clients to him that need corporate tax returns prepared for their S-Corps and LLCs. The feedback I get from my client referrals is that his firm is top notch. If you are in Woodland Hills or the West Valley I don't think you can find a better CPA.
