I have been with cost plus since shortly after they opened. They are incredible. Cheaper than using my insurance and easy for my doctor to submit and always comes on time.
The price of my prescriptions is cheaper than my local pharmacies can offer in NC, but they are throwing everything into a plain big UPS envelope plastic bag, what you just paid $102 for in my case, and everything arrives smashed, crushed, etc. Today, the 3 boxes of hormones patches are crushed, open, contents of boxes were loose in the bag. I’m so disappointed in the quality control, and care, of what I’m paying soooo much money for. It’s really sad.
SCAM! Website for medicines they don't have. No phone number, you can't call them, they won't call you. Connected with WellDyne. They will cause you a lot of trouble bothering your doctor for prescriptions for nothing, their website is FALSE and a SCAM!
Nonexistent customer support. After 9 days of waiting after placing my order, I've been sent the wrong prescription. Can't get any help on this. Will be moving all my prescriptions back to Walgreens or Hy-Vee, saving a marginal amount of money on meds isn't worth this trouble.
They lost my prescription and order history. Did not reply to my email. They are a time waster and are horrible at customer service.
