My physician sent an order a week ago. My credit card was charged immediately. The order has been "in progress" for a week now. I have sent 2 requests for them to contact me about why it is taking so long. No one responded. I contacted them on auto chat. The ai chat said they would transfer me to a live agent. 45 minutes later no one ever came into the chat. I tried calling the pharmacy. I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. This pharmacy is a joke. Go to a local pharmacy and use goodrx instead.
Absolutely horrible and frustrating experience. I ordered two medications, was charged for both, and never received either one. I contacted customer service at least half a dozen times, but never received a satisfactory explanation or any resolution. By the time I finally gave up, I had been without my medications for three weeks. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and take your prescriptions somewhere more reliable. Be prepared to be on hold forever and your prescription order to be mixed up several times for the simplest order. I got an email from the pharmacy that a prescription was expiring on 8/5 and the expiration date was 8/8. I placed an order on 8/7 and the system took my order. I was notified on 8/14 that my prescription could not be refilled as it had expired.
