I spoke with Sarah on the the 12th, she told me to switch agents I need to ask my current office or customer service. I told her I'm super anxious to switch ASAP, but I would email customer service as I didn't want to talk with the other office again. I called on the 13th with 1 quicker follow up question, but she was kind of dismissive and rushed me this time, I'm not positive it was the same person, but think it was.
