I've been with Mark's office for 4 years now and it has been a great experience all around. I usually work with Jules and she is amazing. They are so helpful and responsive when I need to make any changes to my policies and working with them has been a breeze! Highly recommend!
I spoke with Sarah on the the 12th, she told me to switch agents I need to ask my current office or customer service. I told her I'm super anxious to switch ASAP, but I would email customer service as I didn't want to talk with the other office again. I called on the 13th with 1 quicker follow up question, but she was kind of dismissive and rushed me this time, I'm not positive it was the same person, but think it was.
