Mark did an inspection of my sellers home and had a horrible deamenor and attitude throughout the whole inspection, and was accusatory. The buyers agent welcomed me to walk around the house while Mark was going over items with buyers. Mark stated directly to me, " that's fine as long as you don't say a word". Also, upon finishing the inspection he left the oven on and the attic door in the garage hanging. Thank goodness I noticed the strong smell of something burning and was able to shut the oven off before any damage to the... read more
