Pleasurable personality, comfortable from hello.
Surgeon had an appalling bedside manner and anger management issues. Poor communication between staff with follow-up hand therapy referral not sent after a ruptured tendon, conflicting post op instructions given, and RX (that I'm allergic to) phoned in the day before surgery despite me giving two reminders to the MA about the allergy. Surgeon advised, but he defensively blamed it on the pharmacist.
