Marc Hill and his wonderful Secretary have not only helped with all my Insurance needs, they have also helped me with getting to know Dallas and so many other life things. I can't begin to say how wonderful they have been to my wife and I, after our big move to USA from Tokyo, Japan. If you want an Insurance agent you can trust, look no further, Marc Hill is your man. Mark and i have done business together now for 22 years. He is my third State Farm agent and by far my most knowledgeable and helpful of all. His kindness and personable service has been a great fit for me and my Family. I used his model with my 50 some odd salespeople as an example to follow. Extremely satisfied with their service – We have worked with Emily Gumbel with Mark Caudle State Farm for several years and are very pleased with the level of service she has provided. They are able to answer our questions and make any changes to our account in a timely manner. We have had to file several claims over the years and they have been there to provide direction. Excellent Experience – My experience with Mark Caudle State Farm has been excellent. I recently got married so I needed to change my name with my agent. Out of all of the places where I needed to change my name, Mark’s agency by far had the easiest and smoothest process.
