I had Knee Replacement Surgery. In all the time I was being serviced, Dr. Senese and Penny were AMAZING. Prompt support and effective treatment, I saw that one, 1 star rating. I honestly can't believe it's true as My Experience was phenomenal. Already referred Dr. Senese to other people I know that he is professional, effective, caring and extremely competent. You GO, Doc!
Mark is great! I have been his patient for probably almost 30 years. I am finally getting to the point of having knee replacement and I trust him without question as to his abiities.
From my first encounter with the office to my Post Op visit after TKR, it was great. Penny, the receptionist, is a GEM. She knows her stuff and Dr Senese is lucky to have her. Office is extremely well run. Dr Senese is kind, knowledgeable , experienced and very easy to talk to. I was never rushed. I gave him 5 stars because I truly believe he is a 5 star doctor. I was recommended to Dr. Senese from my Primary care doctor. I am a pretty active 73 year old lady who goes to the gym at least 5 times a week. After all these years of activity I came down with severe pain and swelling in my right knee. Got an appointment within a week. I have to say this office reminded me of the old days when the receptionist was extremely nice and remembers everything you said to her. Complete empathy with patient. She's a Texas gal with all the warmth from a Texan.
