This place use to be a great doctors office. But within the last year they must have hired new office staff who are incredibly lazy and are doing some shady stuff with billing. Nobody answers the phone after 3pm, sometimes they don't turn the phone system on untill 830am. Or they will answer the phone and not say anything and put you on hold for upwards of 30 minutes (would be longer but i hang up from frustration). This Business is withholding a credit balance due to myself. I've tried for 4 months to settle this matter. I was informed by Medicare that it this Businesses error and they are committing fraud by not refunding my monies. I have been to the office sent registered letters with no one returning calls or correspondence. I have filed reports with thw FTC , Better Busi ess Bureau, and Arizona State Attorney General. Competence, accountability, accuracy, continual education, (as well as a modicum of humility, instead of continually being arrogant, lambasting, blaming the patient and Not being disparaging of a local Medical Facility) , Should be the Standard and required for Any person in the field of medicine. Extremely important Hospital report from over 7 months earlier, either Not thoroughly read and or ignored. Only found out about urgent matters on it by another provider.
