I went in for shortness of breath and fatigue which other doctors weren't finding cause but I never had chest x-ray. He not only did a chest xray but a test for anemia, ekg and made a recommendation for a second opinion relating to the heart. He was thorough, personable and sincerely concerned.

I saw Dr Cohen to review some concerns about a medical issue prior to my colonoscopy. She listened carefully & took the time to explain in detail what the issue might be related to & recommended a consult w. the gastrointestinal doc before getting the colonoscopy. This eased my anxiety considerably. She also showed me a diagram of the colon. & how the procedure worked & what it might reveal abut my concerns. It made so much sense. Dr. Whitely will pass you off to a Nurse Practitioner and will cosign the NP note without reviewing your case. She is an old lady that uses unqualified NPs to make money, should have her license revoked. My wife was seen monthly for abdominal pain and UTIs. She had 9 months of abdominal symptoms and she was given antibiotics by an NP she said could barely speak English and would get angry when she couldn't understand her. I have been going to Mark since 2018. I appreciate his professionalism and experience. His staff, from front office to back, were always professional and kind, that is until he brought what appears to be an office manger on staff (wife-Lisa).I called to ask a question. I never quite got the question out because she kept interrupting me and telling me I needed to be seen. Not a problem I said. But I still requested an answer to the question. She hung up on me! It's the overall practice we have a problem with. My husband and I both started going to this practice in 2021. Neither of us has seen Priola. We are usually paired with Spencer. This time I saw a new NP whom I won't name. I made the appointment to request antidepressants. The NP was sympathetic and easily gave me a prescription. I asked about a new swab for genetic testing that shows which antidepressants would work best on me. She knew of it but wasn't sure if this office carried it. When my Doctor retired, I was in need of a new family physician. I was very apprehensive, but Dr. Cohen dispelled all my fears. She is a wonderful and caring person. She is very knowledgeable, and took time to listen to all my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain everything. I feel very fortunate to have found her, and I will recommend her to everyone..Also, every staff member at Outlook Family medicine was very friendly, caring and helpful. A wonderful group of people.

By far the best doctor I've ever seen! He's very down to earth, shows empathy, he truly cares about his patients and doing whatever he can to make sure you are your best self! When I'd go to my appointments it was like catching up with an old friend! He definitely does not do it just for the money like I feel most doctors do, he truly cares about people and wants to help people get better with no judgement!
