First, I like that most of the time a person answers the phone instead a voice message system. Sometimes, yes, but most times it is answered. Next, I've been a patient of Dr Deibert when he was at the hospital and have always appreciated meeting the surgeon. Yes, he has assistants, but appointments include the surgeon that is going to cut on you. Dr. Diebert Has been extremely helpful with questions leading up to new replacements. And helping mitigate pain and allowing me to continue to do the activities, I enjoy doing until I can get my knees replaced.
I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment on very short notice with Dr. Deibert. I liked his direct approach and his offering me several different options for moving forward with my bad knee that best fit my situation. With his help I think I made the right choice. I would definitely go back to him if I continue to have bad knees.
Dr. Deibert was very nice and did a great job with my shoulder surgery!
