One of the worst medical service experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at the clinic at 1:45 PM and waited until 3:10 PM, but still wasn’t seen or given my ultrasound, even though I had two appointments scheduled today. I can understand if there are emergency patients who need urgent care, but I have a 2-year-old daughter crying at home because I’ve been gone for too long.
