We put our house on the market the weekend before COVID shut the world down. Trying to sell our large house was a new challenge under great conditions but under the new normal was unknown. Mark communicated well, shared ideas and thoughts, listened to our concerns and questions, was not afraid to make adjustments and got us sold. The experience was professional and we always felt Mark had our best interest in mind.

My husband and I met Mark last year when we began our search for a forever country home. He stuck with us and was super patient with us when we had very picky requirements, and we ended up not buying last year because our budget did not allow for what we wanted. Me and my husband are so glad we went with Mark. We had used him a few years back when we first started looking for a home. At the time we decided to postpone the purchase of our first home. When we were ready we knew exactly who we were going to call! Both times Mark has been amazing. He’s always very prompt to respond and professional. Any time we had questions he was more than happy to get or find us the answers, and believe me we had MANY questions. We could not have asked for a better experience.
