Super staff, super dentist. Finally found a doctor I can trust!
Dental hygienist Dona is the best one I have ever had over many years of dental cleanings. Very gentle, thorough and professional. Dentist Dr. Bourcier is also excellent and provides very knowledgeable and supportive care. Working through a claims issue has been unexpectedly difficult vs. other dentists I've used but staff is responsive and helpful -- their process is just a little burdensome compared to other dentists. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this Dentistry. I was from out of town and I figured I go in for a cleaning and request more information on obtaining braces for a healthy, more better smile. I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. When Dr. Mark Bourcier came out it seemed as if he didn’t want to help me. Very distant and unprofessional. Truly felt as if people who looked like me didnt matter in his establishment (if you know what I mean) Poor communication, poor customer service, dishonesty, misrepresenta... read more

The dentist , and all his staff are phenomenally friendly and professional !! Also bright cheery office as soon as you walk in :)
