They take advantage of the elderly. The agent that worked for this agency took advantage of my 79 yr old mother and Mark Bottles will not return her phone calls. She is now being sued the people who purchased her house because his agent left certain things out of the contract. Be very careful.

You want to do business with good people if you can help it... have gotten to know these guys and they're all good loving people. Trust is #1 to me. And they're very professional, as you'd expect for biggest real estate co. in the state. The owner was an amazing man, when I met him and he was so humble and takes time to talk to anyone, no matter who they are which makes sense... cause leadership tends to trickle down. Couldn't be happier with the deals I've done with them.
