Very rude! On my initial visit (appointment at 11:15), I arrived on time (11:13) but was told nicely that was supposed to be there 30 minutes early (not for paperwork either) I apologized to the desk clerk. She processed my payment at 11:16. I was quickly brought to the back. The technician was getting ready to check my glucose when Dr. Mark Borchelt walked in and said to the tech, “You need to get out.
