Mark had my home sold in Parrish Florida within two weeks and For the amount I was looking for. Then I went to New Jersey and was not happy. I called Mark and told him I was coming back to Florida and was interested in Del Webb New Homes in Parrish Florida, and he went there and took videos of the three new homes I was interested in and he emailed the videos to me and I picked the one that I wanted and Mark helped me purchased the New home and saved me money. Mark was such a key part of our moving experience! We moved to the Lakewood Ranch from out of state and were unfamiliar with the area, neighborhoods, etc. We were looking for a realtor that was patient and that we could trust.
