Thanks to Dr. Bertin we have a different child and a healthier functioning family today, compared to when we first met with him more than five years ago. I so value and respect his ability and opinion, that I have referred him in my professional career as an expert source to numerous members of the media reporting on developmental disorders in children.
Arrogant and dismissive. 30 days after he told us our son didn't have a medical issue and just needed help improving his behavior, our son had a seizure and was diagnosed with a form of epilepsy that was the root cause of all his problems. He had us and all our teachers, etc. fill out long forms, which he seemed to ignore. We called to inform him about the seizure and he didn't care enough to call or invite us back to explore the situation further.
