They do very well with my daughter and are very patient and understanding. I’ve had to cancel and remake appointment many times considering I cannot drive and live out of town and they are never rude about it. Very nice staff and make good conversations. I would go to a dentist closer but its hard when I like this one so much lol.
Kelsi and the crew at Dr Beard and Dr. Tanna office in Troy provide exceptional care for my 97 year old mother and will go above and beyond to make sure her needs are taken care of
Wife got dental work done and went to another dentist and they laughed at how bad the work was done here. Made a review and he then says it's not his fault and that she was probably in jail when she should of came in for appointments because he knows shes been in trouble before. While she was pregnant with twins.. Definitely not in jail like he amusingly presumes. Definitely avoid going here if possible the work being done gets laughed at by other dentists. Messed up and didn't take responsibility This is not Angel. Saying we didn't show up to a single appointment is laughably absurd. We definitely went to multiple appointments and you cleaned and then placed fillings. The fillings you placed would be noticed by another dentist and he made the remarks as if it wasn't done in America. That's on you. You need to take responsibility for your work. The longer the better it should of been to not notice how bad the fillings were but it was still noticeable how bad it was done. Please... read more
