This was my first time setting up my own insurance and the experience was just great. The agent I spoke with was Mrs. Hem and all I can say is she was very helpful and supportive throughout my process. Very recommend going through her and StateFarm.
I have been with State Farm since 2008 with the Mark Barkley branch and Samun Hem has been my consultant since day 1. Sam has always been A1 with the customer service that she has provided to me no matter what issues I had, questions or just general knowledge about a matter and I have been a satisfied customer every time.
