Kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Long standing pain issues. Multiple doctors and dentists have tried to help me. My TMJ evaluation with Dr Mark lasted one hour. Will followup by phone after trying his recommendations. Fingers crossed.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy
They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I went to see Dr. Mark for a TMJ problem. He explained what was going on and then was able to stop my pain with Acupuncture. He is also a licensed Acupuncturist so he was able to diagnose what was going on with with jaw and treat me on the first visit. I had to go for several visits but did not need the surgery that another Doctor told me I would need. It has been several years and still pain free without surgery. It was absolutely worth the trip.
