If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I initially came to see Dr. Feuerstein but instead met with Dr. Lew. We were willing to overlook the appearance of the office, which anyone with basic infection control knowledge would recognize as unsanitary. However, what truly turned us off was our experience during our daughter’s first visit at just one week old. I am beyond disappointed with the level of care (or lack thereof) at this practice. After giving this office several chances, I will not be returning. My experience was deeply concerning for several reasons. I came in with legitimate concerns about my child’s health, only to have them completely brushed off. It's a very kind and personable place. There is a small car lot in the back and newborn days are Tuesdays and Thursday's. They are affiliated with NYC Methodist hospital and Brooklyn.
