Charged for doing things of no value to us When Mark came to our house to provide an estimate for me and my wife, it seemed he was more interested in looking at the property than talking to me about the work we wanted done. When he showed up at our residence to install the PVC conduit, he picked fights with both my wife and my concrete contractor.
