One visit 2 separate reviews... Came with bridal party and we had a wonderful time. They were so accommodating. We had massages and facials and mani pedis. The atmosphere was super fun and comfortable. The technicians did an amazing job. And they had treats for us. ******** Changing from 5 star review to 3 star review. ********* So the first part of the review was left around hour 5.... we finally finished after 8 hours and the review needs to change a bit. Donna did an amazing job with my hair. I had grown it out for seven years and it was mostly grey. I showed her a picture of a style and brown hair with caramel ribbons and she got it beautifully perfect! She treated me like we'd been friends for years. Thank you Donna!

I love this salon! All the stylists are amazing! They are all so friendly and accommodating. I see Donna and she is an absolute superstar! I always get so many compliments and asked who does my hair. It’s hard to do a short cut with platinum blonde. I can’t say enough good about this salon and stylists.

The salon is clean and welcoming every time. Mark is always friendly and Maddie is always smiling. Donna has given me products that have kept my hair healthy and I couldn’t be happier. They're good at what they do, but they need to work on doing what the customer has asked them to do or understanding that request fully before starting. I scheduled a "weave" for my wife and she walked out with a full head of color. I was convinced we asked for strips of color amongst her unchanged natural hair color and we chose the color from the color palette accordingly.
