I have applied to rent with Mark Andersen 3+ times for several of their properties and met all requirements Credit Score over 740 Income just for me $65K No criminal record I’ve been told: They went with Someone with more income They went with another candidate They do not go in order of application received, either. Good thing is I received my application fee back 3 times, which makes me think they are prejudice, get your money back can’t complain Is there any time else out there with a similar story, please share
This company it’s very bad and racism with the tenant l Java orders pending since 8 months ago and the technician or in the office posted the order like completed whe it’s not .
