Worst Property Management Company!!! AVOID, FILTHY SLUMLORDS!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! If you want to live in filthy, grime, unsanitary, rodent/vermin infested, rundown, dangerous conditions and get ripped off give this UNprofessional company a call. Home Sweet Home My apartment complex in Pasadena is very well managed by this real estate company, I actually enjoy dealing with them, unlike many property managers I've crossed paths with. Mark Andersen oversees numerous properties in the Pasadena and East LA area, and if my 2 bed 2 bath is any indication, I'm sure they are all quality places to live. Any problems with my place are addressed immediately and the entire property is kept in great shape.

DIRTY, NO GOOD MARK If you are needing a property management group please look at another company. only one review for a reason. After renters moved mark couldn't rent property. we did all he said, upgrades, lowered rent ect... 5 months with nothing but bills from mark and assoc. Come to find out that all he wanted was to sell and get his commission. poor mark, times are tough so, lets cheat people.
