If I could leave 0 star I would. The office called me 45 min before my appointment asking for a referral number that I did have but they said it was the wrong number and I had to get it straighten out. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and i had been waiting months to be seen. how was I to get this fixed in time? Every other doctor office would have made the calls as they know exactly what info they need but this office was more than happy to push this work onto the patient and cancel my appointment. Caring and attentive to dermatological needs, always recommending this group.
Dr Amster and his staff are very responsive and empathetic. I’ve been seeing them for three years. I recently developed a precancerous mole. He identified it and took care of it within weeks. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Been waiting for almost six months for them to even call me after my doctor sent in a referral and they still haven't.... I've called them repeatedly and they can't be bothered... So everyone do not bother
