I highly recommend Matt Liss and team. We were selling our condo in Chicago but live out of state. Matt owned the entire process and really took all stress off of us. Communication was excellent, repairs were coordinated and all we had to do is sign some documents. We had offers within days of posting and closed within a month. Can't say enough good things about Matt and team. We would have sold years ago if we knew it would be this easy to sell our condo.
Unfortunately after trusting Jeff Osborne and Jeremy Bell at this firm to handle the sale of my luxury condo, I was tricked out of thousands of dollars in commission when Jeff manipulated the contract terms.
