We are excited to finally get a truck that we have been needing for a while now! Our salesman, Sergio listened to what we were looking for and found something that was beyond our expectations. The whole process was quick and convenient. Matt In financing is good at getting you with the right finance company and explains what you need. Everyone there is very friendly. This is our second vehicle from Mark Allen Chevrolet and we will be back In the future.
Update- 9/11/2025 I traded in the GMC I bought elsewhere and purchased a 2026 Tahoe from Aaron Nolen. Honestly, I was in for a bit of routine service and Aaron came and talked to me about a trade in. We have purchased our last three vehicles from Mark Allen and every experience was a great one! Very special thanks to Aaron who went above and beyond helping me yesterday. I needed a loaner car for this week and we forgot to change the license plate. He arranged it to be delivered to our home within 30 minutes after I realized what happened. Went to Mark Allen Chevrolet to look for a three-quarter ton Chevy pick up. The sales man said he could do. It was a great guy thought he was genuine and really wanted to make a difference in selling Truck, but I was wrong after he found a vehicle for us for some reason he never contacted us and left us hanging if this is what this dealership is all about I highly recommend you don’t even waste your time.
