James and I purchased a new Chevy Silverado yesterday from Mark Allen Chevy. The total experience was wonderful, our sales rep, Sean Capron, was very informative and pleasant throughout the entire process. Five stars! Great experience!
Just bought me very first new car 2026 Chevy Trax! Love it Great car! Prince was Amazing and made it a wonderful Experience Thom Berger was also very helpful. Definitely recommend you come see these guys!
My experience was great. In and out in a new car in about 2 hours. The only thing I would suggest is putting locations on appointments. I had an appointment and went to Glenpool but was actually supposed to be in Collinsville. It worked out for me because I found a car but felt bad I stood up the person in Collinsville. But everything was friendly and I truly felt like a customer. Even had Mr Mark Allen help me. That's customer service. Thanks also to Chris, Billy and Oscar
Update: I scheduled my service with Matt Burke and when I got there found out he was no longer there. I hope we continue to get the same service we did with Matt!!! I came in to have my truck serviced due to the water pump going out and decided to trade it in for a new truck. Richard Prince was my salesman and he made it a great experience. Love Mark Allen Chevy Glenpool. They work with your budget and if you’re just looking, they’re not gonna push to buy. They work with several different banks and find you the lowest deal possible 10 out of 10 would recommend have bought 2 cars from them love them all
