This should've been a 5-star review because I thought this was going to be a good company to work with. But we had the same issue others have had with being ghosted. After Hurricane Helene came through, a tree fell on our home and caused damage to various spots around the home. I contacted Mark Allan Contracting to have them repair our roof, fix some interior damage, and fix some parts of our fence. Unprofessional team. Met with Adam to go over scope of work for an estimate and completely disappeared afterwards. Several calls, texts and emails went unreturned. Needed this estimate to present to a church Board for approval but haven't heard anything back. A simple "will pass" response would have been professional but if this is any indication of their character and work then great riddance. Read similar comments and now it makes sense. Avoid!
