Dr Berk has been my family’s dermatologist for at least 20 years. He is always so kind with a great demeanor. ..:And he never tries to push his cosmetic stuff on us like other dermis.
I came for my semiannual visit. No issue with waiting time. The staff was very pleasant. Dr. Berk came in checked me out. I point a spot on my head that should be looked at it - Dr. berk said - I can take it out. Upon finishing the exam, it felt like he couldn't wait to get out of the room. Few days later, I got a call from a nurse in the office, NOT Dr. Berk, to notify me that they found cancer and I need a surgery. The nurse was short on explanation and options. She referred me to a surgeon who could see me in 6 weeks (!).... read more
If you are looking to wait a half hour in a waiting room to be taken back to an examination room to wait another half hour to see Dr. Berk - than this is your guy. On top of that his nurse/assistant is rude. I left the office without seeing Dr. Berk. I too have time commitments. I heard multiple patients check-in for the same appointment time (mine being one of them). He double and triple books for his selfish convenience. That's simply inconsiderate. This office is a total mess. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. They fail at every level. They forget to renew life saving refills and cause unnecessary waiting for months without informing the patient. Horrible . Every single person there is stupid and ignorant.
