I adore Dr. Alkass; the office staff has been horrible since I started coming here 5 years ago

This was my first visit to this office. The entire experience was good from check in. I liked the doctor a lot. He allowed plenty of time for my visit and questions. His medical assistant was very nice. I would recommend others to go there.

Dr Alkass is an AMAZING doctor. He really goes above and beyond for his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor that has great bedside manner, can make a joke and yet remain totally professional. I love my team of doctors and trust him completely. Would not go anywhere else!!
This was the worst experience ever. I currently have a gaping wound. I went back to the heart of fl for 3 days to get stitched up and find out why my potassium and hemoglobin were falling and causing fainting and instead had to faints one where I hit my head and one where my back got crushed against the sink when I collapsed. Both times had my supposed nurse there to help. I was discharged for the second time with no antibiotics or pain meds as I was told it was issued but lost. IV in arm too
First time I've ever had a pap and it didn't hurt. He did my hysterectomy and was very attentive. Will drive 2 hours to continue seeing him!
