In 2018, Dr Pettit essentially saved my life when I came into the ER with a very severe breathing issue which he correctly identified as a major pulmonary embolism. Within hours they brought in a three member specialty team that used a new procedure to reverse the embolism, on a Saturday night, and I went home that Sunday evening on blood thinners. So grateful to Dr Pettit and all the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff at RGH.

Bad experience with this guy who didn't give the numbing meds time to work or even get the infection out like any other doc would have and when I told him to stop and please use more numbing meds he just ignored my request and just kept going I have rights as a patient and he kinda went against them and I am a self pay patient who was still in pain while he was putting me through more pain and I am going back to Ed two days later because my condition has not changed any. And now two days later I have missed more work and I w... read more
