I've been through two Chapter 7 bankruptcies. The first one I did all the paperwork through an online kit, about $700 total. I just finished my chapter 13 bankruptcy case with Mark Herder and am very, very pleased with his services. I had 2 pieces of real estate in the case and Mark was able to arrange things so that the last 5 years have been very successful. I was able to eliminate 2 mortgages through the process and still keep my main residence. This office saved my house from the court auction by quickly filing bankruptcy for me. I had become sick and unable to pay my mortgage. Mark and Lindsay both represented me at the bankruptcy hearing and I could not be more thankful for what they have done for me. Even though I am super busy, the office worked with my schedule. Mark has even called me on the weekend to confirm important information and court times.

I first spoke with Mark Herder on the phone Friday morning. His office immediately responded to my financial problem which was a emergency - no runaround or waiting for some overcomplicated process. His website is very simple, but it works. Not some garbage that is over my head. Late Friday afternoon, it only took his office 8 hours to file my bankruptcy case!
