I lost my full time job due to the current COVId 19 pandemic. I contacted Mark Herder to help me in my finanicial need and thank him for his guidance during this crisis. He explained to me that I could really wait to file a bankruptcy case, and I thank him again for his honesty. Just filed the bankruptcy case and I am really pleased so far. Kelsey was very thorogh and Mr. Herder has explained to me all of the steps needed. I have a court time at the bankruptcy court and Mr. Herder just reached out to me again to confirm. I am very glad I found this office. Nice parking spots as well.

I learned about bankruptcy attorney Mark Herder from a real estate agent friend, who said that the experience with his law office would be smooth and painless. True care and concern from Mark Herder and his assistant Bethany. I hired this office for my bankruptcy several years ago and have stabilized my finances since then. I had a suspended drivers license and they were able to wipe out the fees from the B.MV. I now am a proud home owner and realize that his office was a real asset to me.

I've been through two Chapter 7 bankruptcies. The first one I did all the paperwork through an online kit, about $700 total. Don't do that unless your situation is fairly simple and you can't get the money for a lawyer. It turned out to be a huge disaster. The second one, I hired Mark Herder, about $780.00 total. I just finished my chapter 13 bankruptcy case with Mark Herder and am very, very pleased with his services. I had 2 pieces of real estate in the case and Mark was able to arrange things so that the last 5 years have been very successful. I was able to eliminate 2 mortgages through the process and still keep my main residence. He and his staff do not mess around with upsell and other unnecessary garbage that I encountered with another bankruptcy attorney in Columbus. Very consciountious and aggressive attorney. I now can answer the phone without worrying about making a payment on one of my over limit credit cards. My student loans have stopped bothering me as well. Mark Herder filed my bankruptcy case for just $400.00 and I am very pleased. I go to bankruptcy court next month and I have signed up for some free financial courses given by the bankruptcy trustees office. Very happy with the process!
