I have a fiduciary duty to my client owners to enforce the terms of the lease. The tenant has a responsibility to read the lease before signing it, not complain about it when they vacate the property, especially when they owe money on their way out. Posting a negative review under an anonymous name when you owe - now that's shady.
Me and 18 other students of the University of Delaware rented a house on campus from Mark Adcock. Despite being in the same fraternity as us, Mr. Adcock evicted all of us 6 weeks before school started because he got a better offer from someone else. If Mr. Adcock is doing something like this to students of his own fraternity I am sure he does not refrain from doing the same or worse to people that he has no relation to.
