I have a fiduciary duty to my client owners to enforce the terms of the lease. The tenant has a responsibility to read the lease before signing it, not complain about it when they vacate the property, especially when they owe money on their way out. Posting a negative review under an anonymous name when you owe - now that's shady.

Me and 18 other students of the University of Delaware rented a house on campus from Mark Adcock. Despite being in the same fraternity as us, Mr. Adcock evicted all of us 6 weeks before school started because he got a better offer from someone else. If Mr. Adcock is doing something like this to students of his own fraternity I am sure he does not refrain from doing the same or worse to people that he has no relation to. I would give this Realtor a zero if possible. Future tenants be thoroughly informed and educate yourself on the rental laws before dealing with Mark or just simply avoid him period. Mark slides things in the lease agreement that are not standard and supported by Tenant/Landlord code. He will try to milk you dry and have you agree to pay for everything if possible.
