Dr. Mark Willoughby is an extremely professional and experienced physician. He has a very down-to-earth approach that makes you feel comfortable and confident right away. The facilities are spotless, and the staff is kind, friendly, and very attentive. His diagnosis and clear explanation of my condition gave me the confidence to move forward with surgery without hesitation. They were also very accommodating with scheduling and made sure the procedure fit my availability. Overall, an excellent experience — highly recommended.
