Very professional and polite front desk staff. Backend staff is also extremely professional and polite. They walk you thru the procedures / process and make you feel very comfortable.
let me just start off by saying the front desk are always really rude and disrespectful whether it be over the phone or in person. today especially made me realize that i will no longer be coming to this location. very condescending and seem like they hate working there. i’ve been biting my tongue for the longest but no more. one of the girls went on by saying “looks like i have to make a new lab order then” when they’re the ones who didn’t make one in the first place when i called a week in advance for them to have it ready... read more
