front desk is extremely rude. They treat you so poorly its sad. When calling or going into the office their attitudes toward you is bizarre. They obviously hate their job and take it out on their customers. I been coming here for 21 years and I'm definitely not treated like it anymore!! Looking at other reviews for the exact same thing you would think they would be looking for new staff. Pat used to be so friendly and now she just hateful! young girl at front desk is just snotty. Definitely will not be returning!

Pat is awful at her job and she solely is the reason I won’t return. She consistently labels my daughters contacts wrong, forgets to reorder them, and this time “tried” to call me after she stated she didn’t order her contacts 6 weeks ago because she hasn’t had an eye exam since 2015... She gets an exam yearly!! I have never receive a voice mail or missed call from this office. She needs rid of long ago. Everyone else there is superb but when you always deal with Pat and her annoyed attitude, you eventually never return.
