La Vernia dental is a let down again. Not because of their dentists but their unprofessional argumentative front staff. This has been a problem in the past but I can no longer see past their rude behaviors. Sad to see them being represented this way.
My 6th month cleaning was today , my hygienist was Allison who was friendly and accommodating. I recently had eye surgery and the lights were too bright , she turned the lights off and had a light on her glasses to see to do my cleaning . She explained everything to me, and broke down the recommend treatment plan so I could understand it , and showed my x-rays which helped me further understand the process and what needed to be done .

Great dentist. Bad billing person. Had annual cleaning paid $93 on the 25 March, 10 April I get a text to pay $22 more. Went to their office today 13 April and ask what the $22 was for? The front desk person went back and ask her (manager) she said they didn’t credit my 25 Payment so they gave me another receipt, along with a text receipt. The front desk person said the manager is busy and to go sit down and wait. A few minutes later the manager came out with a paper receipt and said it was a human error (sorry). Came in for a checkup and to fix a chipped tooth. Dr. Simmons did an amazing job filling in the chip. The staff is very friendly as well.
