Extremely disappointing experience. My initial appointment with Dr. Reinicke was great. Unfortunately, since Dr. Snider has taken over this dentistry office there has been a significant decline in service and proper communication with patients. They lost my appointment in early April...claimed it was never in their system yet I had the written date on their office appointment reminder card. Very kind and accommodating staff
Dr Snider, does a fantastic job, likewise, so does the rest of her team. She is very kind and thoughtfull. Any anxiety you might have, she strives to calm,. Any level of pain you might experience, she trives to stop before it surfaces. I have had the displeasure of receiving dental treatment in a number of countries, I can truly say Dr Snider is all round the best dentist to have worked on me To sum it up she cares about her patients, and the quality of her work.
