This five star rating is for the previous Dr. FYI for all of you googlers, Dr.Mark Pitts DDS officially retired on July 3rd. Any calls or otherwise to this office made after July 3rd will have been handled by the new full time Dr and his associates, now on staff and by the management company. Again, for this information is for all of whom were either former patients or wanted to be a new patients of Dr. Mark Pitts. Hope this helps.
Never responded to my voicemail, and no one ever picks up the phone.
First the good: my wife liked Dr. Pitts. He was friendly and gentle with her difficult tooth extraction. Now the bad: the office (billing) staff. We have Delta Dental and Dr. Pitts is a participating member. The office staff required me to provide a social security number or pay the bill in advance. I elected to pay the bill in advance because I do not believe it is necessary for any business to have my SSN. Dr. Pitts and his staff are the best. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and calming because lets face it, we don't really want to be there. Dr. Pitts explained everything he needed to do, and did it wonderfully. Highly recommend. Suzanne Ogg
My daughter has had surgery with Dr. Pitts twice, and I can't recommend him or his office more highly. Dr. Pitts has a calm presence about him, is very professional but friendly, and has a wonderful bedside manner with kids. The entire office staff is top notch, professional, helpful, and you get a sense that they all know their jobs very well. The office itself is modern and spotless. Working with the office staff, with regard to insurance claims is a breeze. They do all of the work and you receive excellent care.
